As such, this Supplier Code of Conduct has been prepared to explain our expectation from the suppliers in all procurement dealings, ensuring that internationally recognized procurement ethics are followed.
We expect suppliers in our supply chain and their suppliers to adopt the following social, environmental and ethical responsibilities.
RESPECT TO SOCIETY & BUSINESS PARTNERS
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Our Suppliers undertake to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which they conduct their business.
Anti-Bribery
Our suppliers committed to avoid all types of bribery, corruption and money laundering. More specifically, the following acts are not tolerated:
- to give out or promise , either directly or indirectly, an economic advantage or other utility to a Public Officer or to a private entity (Active Bribery).
- to accept the request either directly or indirectly, an economic advantage or other utility from any party .(Passive Bribery)
Gifts may play a positive role in building relationships with customers, suppliers and other third parties. Gift policy of our suppliers is accepting the gifts minimal value and it does not go beyond what is reasonable.
Confidential Information
We do not tolerate share of confidential data.Our suppliers ensure security of the sensitive, confidential and proprietary information of others, including personal data/information.
Conflict of interest
Our Suppliers are expected to avoid all conflicts of interest or situations giving the appearance of a conflict of interest. Suppliers provide immediate notifi cation to all affected parties in the event
that an actual or potential conflict of interest arises.
RESPECT TO HUMAN
Child Labor
We do not tolareta child labor in our supply chain. Suppliers prevent all forms of child labor in their business operations consistent with the ILO's (International Labour Organization) core labor standards and the United Nations Global Compact principles.
Human Rights
Human rights is our priority! We expect to our suppliers to support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and to ensure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Our Suppliers foster a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees are treated with dignity, respect and fairness, regardless of their race, colour, religion, gender, age, ethnic or national origin, disability, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, marital status, citizenship status, political preference or other personal characteristic.
Health & Safety at Work
Our Suppliers ensure a safe and healthy working environment by complying local regulation and rules.Suppliers should take appropriate action to prevent, and manage, potential workplace accidents and illnesses.

Environmental Sustainability
Polimer Arge is committed to taking precautions to protect envoriment while performing its activities We expect from our suppliers minimizing pollution, promoting an efficient and sustainable use of resources, including energy and water, and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions in production and transport .
Our suppliers comply with all applicable environmental and safety regulations doing their activities.
Product Safety
Our suppliers provide safety data sheets containing all necessary safety-relevant information for all hazardous substances.
We expect to our suppliers comply with valid regulation and restriction about material safety.
We expect our suppliers to raise any concerns, questions or observed violations.
